The School of Chemical Engineering and Pharmacy possesses a robust faculty team. The school regards "talent-driven development" as a strategic priority and has established teaching and research teams centered on the construction of "first-class disciplines." This has formed a dynamic and well-structured academic hierarchy and professional talent cultivation system, led by chief professors, guided by academic leaders, and connected by research directions or specialized teaching, consisting of chief professors, academic leaders, and academic core members. Currently, the school has 133 full-time faculty members, including 40 professors and 51 associate professors. Among them, there are 2 national-level talents and 31 provincial or ministerial-level talents. A total of 126 faculty members hold doctoral degrees, and 58 have overseas or international academic experience.
